The Jabra LINK™ 14201-20 adaptor adds remote Electronic Hook Switch control (EHS) to your Jabra wireless headsets.  It is suitable for a range of deskphones -  Avaya, Alcatel, Shoretel® and Toshiba.

Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) provides a solution that enables remote operation, e.g. answer/end functions, of compatible Jabra wireless headsets with various phones.  Eliminating the need for a mechanical handset lifter.

Once installed, your employees can control their call directly from their Jabra wireless headset while up to 100m away from their desk.  When a call is received, you will hear a tone in your ear.  Simply press the talk button to answer the call.   Press again to hang up.

No more rushing back to your desk to answer calls. The Jabra Link 14201-20 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) module enables wireless headset users to place or receive calls without the need to lift the handset of your Avaya, Alcatel, Shoretel® and Toshiba phones.
